1、摘 要本设计的建筑为十八层的办公综合楼，给排水工程设计包括了建筑给水系统设计，建筑排水系统设计，消火栓系统设计，自动喷淋灭火系统设计。建筑给水系统分为室内冷水系统和室内热水系统，其中室内冷水系统分为三个区：地下室至四层为低区，采用市政给水管网直接供水；四层至十二层为中区，采用中区变频泵组供水；十三至十八层为高区，采用高区变频泵组供水。室内热水系统采用局部热水供应系统。本建筑为一类高层民用建筑，而其建筑高度54m，建筑物火灾危险等级为中级危险级。室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取20L/s和40L/s，火灾持续时间为3h,自动喷淋系统计算用水量为22.46L/s，火灾持续时间为1h,消火栓
2、系统和自动喷淋系统前十分钟灭火用水由屋顶水箱提供，屋顶设增压与稳压设备。排水系统采用污废分流制，污水立管采用双立管排水系统，设专用通气管，废水立管采用单立管排水系统。给水系统均采用PP-R给水管材，消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统采用内外热镀锌钢管，排水系统管材采用UPVC排水管。在地下层设贮水池和加压泵房，地下室另设集水坑，集水坑中设潜污泵，保证污水及时排出。关键词：建筑 给水 排水 消防 喷淋 AbstractThe design of the building for 18 storey office building, to the drainage design of the pro

12、市，是一栋集办公、住宅为一体的综合楼。该楼的设计高度为55.400m，建筑面积为27890m2,建筑体积为88000m3，属一类民用高层建筑，防火等级为中级危险级。该建筑共18层，地上18层，地下1层。地下1层的层高为4.800m、主要作为仓库，另有设备用房如水泵房、发电机房、空调机房等。地上一层至四层为办公；五层-十八层为住宅，5层以上层高为2.9m。1、给水水源本建筑以城市市政给水管网为水源，室外给水管网来自主体建筑距东面墙3m处（其管线走向为南北方向），接管点埋深1.7m，管径为DN150mm，管材为给水球墨铸铁管，常年提供的可资用水头为0.30MPa。2、排水条件建筑内部粪便污水需经化粪池处理后方可排入城市下水道，室外排水管道位于主体建筑西面，埋深2.3m，管径4
