5、务流程对任何企业都是至关重要的，而物流正是在这些业务流程中起着关键的作用。由于物流产业的逐渐形成，对于第三方物流、合同物流和物流服务等理论和实践问题也受到人们的普遍关注。中小企业对中国国民经济的发展举足轻重。随着我国经济体制改革的深化和对外开放格局的扩大，中小企业在保持较快增长速度的同时，所面临的竞争环境越来越复杂，竞争程度也越来越强。各个企业之间的竞争已经体现在生产经营、市场运作的各个方面，不仅是在技术、人才上展开，同时也在物流和配送方面展开，而企业物流服务之间的竞争将会更加激烈。现代物流是中小企业提高竞争力的有效途径。 本文从物流的相关理论出发，应用文献法和统计法，结合我国中小型企业发展需
6、求，论述了现代物流的现状和发展趋势，界定了第三方物流的相关内涵，分析了第三方物流产生的理论基础，提出了第三方物流运作的特点，并对第三方物流企业基本类型的划分做了阐述。又通过对第三方物流对企业发展现状的分析，揭示了我国第三方物流企业发展中存在的问题，探讨了第三方物流的发展对我国中小企业发展的推动作用，和重要模式。最后又对第三方物流对中小型企业核心竞争力的推动作用，提出了相应的发展策略。关键词：第三方物流 第三方物流企业 中小企业 The Analysis of the Third Party Logistics Impact on the Development of SMEs in China
