4、ne day I came across Meals On Wheels of Tampa (MOWTampa). Since 1975, MOWTampa has been strengthening the munity by caring for the aged and the disabled. This non-profit organization prepares its own food and relies on help from volunteers to deliver about 700 meals to our neighbors each day. Once I

5、 learned this, I knew I wanted to get involved.On the third Saturday of every month, volunteers deliver food to recipients(领受者). I delivered my first MOWTampa meals about a year ago. Everyone I came into contact with that day was so grateful for the delivery. Smiles greeted me as I approached each d

6、oor. Since my first delivery, I have continuously signed up to deliver more meals! I am super excited to have the opportunity to be a practical volunteer.
