How to describe someone with these words .Teaching aids: CAI, recorder ,a tape ,some stickers ,word cards Teaching procedures :Step 1.Warmup 1. Enjoy a song “Friends”.( M

3、ake a friendly and active atmosphere to arouse their interests of learning English. )2. Listen and do actions .3. Daily oral English practice . Step 2.Presentation1. Slide show : a picture of Amy .Describe it gradually and make them guess :Who is she ?2. Describe once again and teach the words “shor

4、t hair “ and “long hair “. Ask the students to read them one by one ,and then make some sentences. 3. Have a survey :(with the music)Who has long/short hair in your group ?How many ?( Ask some students to answer after they finish it .One who does a good job will get a sticker.)4. Slide show : Amy an
