2、叶，大致为都铎王朝到斯图亚特王朝统治前半期。明确了“土地市场”的涵义为 以货币为媒介的土地所有权的买卖和租赁行为。指出了研究这一时期英国土地市场发展问 题的理论意义和现实意义。介绍了国内外史学家对这一课题的研究状况。指明了本文的主 旨观点即英国社会转型时期土地市场的发展加速了英国的社会转型。第一章主要分析了英国社会转型时期土地市场发展的历史条件和原因。主要从五个方 面分析：土地产权私有化是土地市场发展的前提条件，商品货币经济的发展是土地市场产 生的外部条件(重商主义的盛行和商品货币经济的发展)、入口快速增长给有限的土地资 源造成巨大压力、宗教改革期间王室抛售大量地产使土地市场发展达到高潮，此外
3、，还分 析了可能导致买卖土地行为的其他具体原因，如个人的宗教信仰因素等等。第二章试图叙述了这一时期土地市场发展的概况，并总结出了英国社会转型时期土地 市场发展的特点认为其特点主要有：土地市场的主体多元化(约曼、乡绅、商人等)、 土地市场的发展过程与圈地运动交织进行、土地市场的发达程度因地区而异第三章论述了英国社会转型时期土地市场的发展所造成的社会经济后果认为主要 有：土地市场的发展促进了大地产制的形成、孕育了新生产力阶层、培育了农业资本主义 生产经营方式。结语部分简明扼要地概括了全文，点出了本论文的主旨结论，指出社会转型时期土地 市场的发展加速了英国的社会转型。关键词：英国；社会转型；土地市场

15、中叶，亦即都铎王朝到斯图亚特王朝前半期。理由如下：纵观英国历史，都铎王朝堪称是以往所有朝代中最富进取精神和创新精神的王朝，它统治期间，英国社会发生了全方位、一系列的变革，先进的生 产力和生产关系都获得了空前发展，资本主义力量开始超越封建社会力量，占据了主导地 位。17世纪中叶，英国资产阶级革命爆发，这实质上就标志着资本主义生产关系已经取代 封建生产关系，而资产阶级革命只不过是通过暴力革命的形式实现了政治上层建筑的转 变，所以，17世纪中期理所当然应当成为英国中世纪的结束点和英国近代史的开端。我国学者对于“社会转型涵义的理解基本一致。傅新球先生变迁还是延续欧 美学者关于英国社会转型时期的家庭史研究：“而1500至1850年期间的英国正处于为工业 革命作准备并使之迅速发展的时期，它的政治、经济、宗教、思想、文化等各个领域都发 生了深刻的变化，逐步从传统的农业社会向现代的工业社会转型锄。江立华：“16世纪初 到18世纪中叶，是英国由封建社会向资本主义社会的过渡时期。传统上把这一时期称为转 型期，有些西方学者称之为近代早期圆。王向梅：“中世纪晚期及近代早期，英国经历了从 传统社会向现代社会的过渡。刘景华：“在西欧传统自然经济向近代市场经济转化的
