6、教案设计能够符合学生生理和心理特点，尊重个性差异，满足不同层次学生的需求，使每个学生都有不同层次的提高。2教学实际能遵循知识性和趣味性的统一，利用问答、小组等活动形式，引导学生积极思考，让每个学生大胆参与，通过合作与交流的学习方式，相互探讨，使学生在愉快的情境中学会学习。 3 不足之处：少数几个学生基础较差，不愿开口，难于参与合作，学习英语的积极性不高。1. 第一式：用双手包住整个乳房，按压周围组织，每次停留3秒钟。2. 2第二式：双手张开，分别从乳沟处往下做按压，直到乳房外围。3. 3第三式：在双乳之间做8字型按摩。温馨提示： 1. 11.每个动作重复5-6次，持续时间每个在30秒左右。通过按摩能够促进血液循环，刺激乳腺。2. 22.除了按摩，还应注意穿戴文胸的方法。参考资料
