1、中国医学创新第15卷 第3期（总第429期）2018年1月经验交流Jingyanjiaoliu夜戴型角膜塑形镜对近视患者调节滞后Up及视网膜形态影响的相关分析霍敏灼【摘要】 目的：探讨夜戴型角膜塑形镜对近视患者调节滞后及视网膜形态的影响。方法：抽取2014年8月-2016年8月来本院选择验配角膜塑形镜，并经过12个月以上定期复查的少年儿童近视患者15例（30眼）,将其作为观察组，选择同期配戴普通近视框架眼镜的少年儿童近视患者15例（30眼）作为对照组。观察两组患者配戴前及配戴6、10、12个月后的调节滞后量和黄斑区视网膜平均厚度的变化。结果：两组患者配戴前与配戴 6个月后的调节滞后量和黄斑区视
2、网膜平均厚度比较，差异均无统计学意 义（P0.05 ）观察组患者配戴10个月后的调节滞后量情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ PvO.05 , 但两组患者的黄斑区视网膜厚度比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05 ）观察组患者配戴12个月后的调节滞后量和黄斑区视网膜厚度情况均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（PvO.05。结论：夜戴型角膜塑形镜能够有效提升青少年儿童的裸眼视力，改善调节滞后，并促进患者黄斑区视网膜平均厚度趋向稳定。【关键词】夜戴型角膜塑形镜；近视；调节滞后；黄斑区视网膜平均厚度The Correlation Analysis of the Effect of Night-wea
