1、电梯运行管理规章制度1. 严格执行特种设备安全监察条例和有关安生生产的法律、行政法规的规定，保证电梯的安全使用。2.电梯应有维修保养单位每月不少于两次的例行保养，保养检查单应由设备部签名及核对，必要时应抽查保养的项目。3. 电梯钥匙应由设备部专人保管，电梯使用和关闭由设备部专人负责，严禁 其他人员操纵。上班开启电梯时，应由电梯上下运行多次，没异常情况后方可投入使用，下班电梯停用 时应将电梯开到基站后再关闭电梯。4. 电梯出现异常的声音、振动、气味等、或出现失控、故障等非正常现象时，应立即停止使用，通知维修保养单位进行维修。5. 电梯出现停电或故障困人时，需由设备部受过培训的人员按照机房求援说
2、明书的操作程序进行求援，求援过程中出现任何异常情况时应马上通知维保单位处理，恢复供电后也 应通知维保单位对电梯检查后方可投入使用。6. 电梯维修时应在各层门挂“检修停用”牌，设备部应安排人员跟踪维修过 程，维修完毕后应复运行多次，检查正常后方可投入使用。7. 公司内的载货电梯只为载货使用，严禁员工在不装货时当乘客电梯使用。8. 严禁电梯超载运行。9. 员工在货物进出轿厢时应小心，严禁撞击轿厢及电梯门。10. 设备部负责对电梯使用人员进行安全教育及有培训。11. 电梯的管理，包括电梯的启用、维修保养记录、技术档案归档保管等全部 由设备部负责。12.电梯使用单位应加强对电梯层门开锁钥匙的管理，指定
