5、用视频会议系统能够及时把握市场，赢得具有竞争力的优势。沟通在企业运营中占据非常重要的地位，传统的远程沟通方式无非采用电话联系或者出差两种。电话会议虽然可以及时迅速的沟通，但因其具有不可视的局限性，遇到需要边展示产品和资料边沟通的情况就不得不派人出差。针对企业的沟通难题，视频会议系统应需而生远程视频会议系统不仅方便企业随时召开内部会议、技术交流，还可以帮助企业解决异地培训、异地招聘等难题。它使远距离沟通变得更为频繁、效率更高更为高效，从而深刻地影响企业的运行模式、缩短决策时间、同时提高组织内部的协同力和竞争力。本文介绍了远程视频会议系统的构成，它是由终端，MCU等设备组成的系统；各种网络传输方式
6、，主要以光纤传输为例来讲；H.323，H.261等标准的框架和帧结构；信息的压缩方法，分为允许失真和不允许失真；多点控制技术，以及方案的设计，拓扑结构的搭建，区域的划分等。经过以上的研究，完成了远程数字电视会议系统设计。在现实中，远程需要网络运营商来构建，而且大于两个以上的视频会议接点，需要多点控制器（MCU）的参与才能实现系统。【关键词】视频会议 区域划分 多点控制器 远程传输ABSTRACTAlong with the development of the enterprise scale, more and more large enterprises will be in differ
