1、摘 要长久以来,加油站的客户信息管理都是依赖加油站工作人员手工进行的,面对如此众多的客户信息,其工作量可想而知。不仅仅浪费了大量的人力物力,而且由于人工管理存在着大量的不可预见的因素,造成了加油站对客户信息管理的某些不规范,使得加油站客户信息管理陷入管理繁琐,信息混乱的地步。为有效降低运营成本,杜绝管理漏洞,针对现在加油站客户信息管理的弊端,根据加油站客户信息管理的基本流程,使加油站有一套完善的管理系统是非常必要的。从而使其加油站的客户量日渐增加。客户量的上升,不仅带动了销售,也从另一个侧面反映出,在加油站客户信息管理信息系统的协助下,加油站正在以其专业的服务精神、严谨的管理风格逐步赢得客户的
