1、金刚石钻进岩石可钻性分级的试验研究AbstractDiamond drilling is widely used in mining, geology, geological exploration and other fields. In this study, we carried out an experimental research on the drilling ability of diamond drilling into rock, and developed a classification system for the drillability of different

2、rocks. The experimental results showed that the drillability of rocks is influenced by many factors, such as the type of rock, the depth of drilling, the speed of drilling, the pressure of drilling, and the size and shape of the diamond bit. We also found that the diamond bit with a larger size has

3、better drilling performance than that with a smaller size. Furthermore, we developed a classification system for the drillability of rocks based on the experimental results, which can provide a reference for the selection of diamond bits in different geological environments.IntroductionDiamond drill

4、ing is a widely used drilling method in mining, geology, geological exploration and other fields. The diamond bit is a key component that determines the drilling efficiency and the quality of the core sample. The drillability of different rocks varies greatly, which is influenced by many factors, su

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a classification system for the drillability of different rocks based on experimental research.Materials and MethodsIn this study, we selected six types of rocks with different properties, inclu

The diamond bits with different sizes and shapes were used to drill the rocks, and the drilling depth, speed, pressure, and torque were recorded during the drilling process. The drilling performance was evaluated by the drilling rate, t

7、he specific energy consumption, and the wear rate of the diamond bit.ResultsThe experimental results showed that the drillability of rocks is affected by many factors. Firstly, the diamond bit with a larger size has higher drilling performance than that with a smaller size. Secondly, the type of roc

8、k has a significant influence on the drilling performance. Sandstone and limestone are relatively easy to drill, while basalt and granite are difficult to drill. Schist and gneiss are highly variable in drillability due to their complex structure and composition. Additionally, the drilling speed, pr

9、essure, and torque also have an impact on the drilling performance. The higher the drilling speed, the higher the drilling rate and the wear rate of the diamond bit. The higher the drilling pressure and torque, the higher the specific energy consumption and the wear rate of the diamond bit.Based on

10、the experimental results, we developed a classification system for the drillability of rocks, which can be used to select diamond bits in different geological environments. The six types of rocks were classified into three categories according to their drillability: easy drilling (sandstone, limesto

The results showed that the

However, the drilling abili

Therefore, the development of a classification system for the drillability of different rocks can greatly guide the use of diamond drilling in different geological environments. In addition, the experimental results also showed that the drilling performance of dia

Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the drilling parameters according to the specific geological conditions to achieve the best drilling performance and reduce the dama

At the same time, it also provides a theoretical basis for further research and development of new diamond bits to improve their drilling performance in all kinds of roc
