1、如何写商务英语抱怨信定义: 英文定义是 a statement in which someone complains about something. 投诉信是顾客或客户为了维护自己的权利或者因为对某事不满而写的一种信。你有时可以把投诉信寄给报社,但通常你会把信寄给你所投诉公司的负责人。(e.g. the owner of the restaurant if you complain about a meal, the manufacturer of something you bought, etc.) 示例: 投诉信虽然是埋怨某事,但他的开头方式应该有礼貌,这样才干给人们一个好印象。另外一
