4、pment约 590T about 590T磨体重 weight o f cement shell189T3、起重就位 Hoisting in place :3.1 吊装准备 Preparation of lifting1、将四号磨房内场地回填、平整至室外同一高度，图1。同时将四号磨房门口钢梁拆除。Backfill the mill ground up to the samelevel as outdoor ground, fig 1. Meanwhile,remove the steel beam of mill 4# ope ning.cement mill(1)2、将场地垫上钢板及枕木图
5、2Lay the steel plate and sleeper(wood) on the groun d.Fig2.(2)3.1 水平牵引 Level traction :1、先在进料端搭设约1m高枕木用于支撑保护图3Put the sleeper around 1m high on the mill inlet side used as support protect ion.Fig 3.2、利用千斤顶，顶升进料端，将磨机1号与2号的支撑拆除图4及图5。Use the jacks to hold and push up to the inlet positi on. Remove mill
6、 support 1 and2. Refer to fig 4 and 5.nrrrrh L.l 1,111 8(5)3、在距离磨进料端5m处，搭设牵引装置，如滚杆、拖排、枕木及相关用具，牵引部分 为底板150m加上滚杆108m加上拖排250mm上4根枕木高 600mm搭设高度约1m图6。Put pulli ng device 5m from the mill inlet positi on such as rolli ng bars, pulli ng wood,sleepers and relative tools. Traction part is comprised of 150mnb
7、ase plate, rollingbars with 108mm diameter, pulling piece with 250mm width and 4 pieces of sleeperwith 600mm high. The height is about 1m. Refer to fig 6.EJ:(6)4、在磨机出料端利用250TB带吊提升，拆除3号支撑。利用25t吊车开始牵引拖排25T吊钩连接一套滑轮组再连接牵引装置，250TB带吊配合，缓慢位移到车间外与磨体安装位 置对应平行线位置。图7Lift up with 250Tcrawler crane in the mill o

9、 ion positi on.丄: “jG3. 2抬升lifting:利用250TB带吊抬升筒体进料端，拆除牵引装置。搭设枕木墩，搭设高度为 1m然后抬升 出料端，抬升高度也为1m此时两端将交替抬升，每次抬升高度约 300mm(单根枕木高度约 150mm,最终抬升高度约2m最终抬升高度以筒体发生横向移动时，最低点无障碍为准。图8Lift the mill shell to in let positi on with 250T crawler crane and the n remove the tractiondevice. 11、thing whe n it moves horiz on tally.3.3 横向位移 lateral shift当筒体抬升到合适高度，利用250T吊车，左右交替一点一点横向移动。图When the mill shell is lifted to proper height, use 250T crane to move slowly horiz on tally by left and right alter natively. Fig 9.(9)3.4 抬升就位 lift in position :当磨机筒体横向位移到就位中心时，将筒体两侧用枕木固定，然后将设备滑履端接触的支撑部件安装完
