In addition, I know the detail information about these companies and sectors and clearly know the performance and fluctuation for the each share.Second, correct conclusions are

3、 based on the sufficient and abundance evidences. Therefore, I record the latest news, investigate the background information and collect details become significant for the whole project. Over the period, I record share price, sector index, FTSE 100, All Share Indices and other useful information we

4、ekly in the website. In addition, I finish the record about Share Portfolio Logbook. At the same time, I know about the UK and word stock markets trend in general. I also pay attention to some positive and negative factors, which can affect the shares prices. I analyses some financial, political and

5、 other factors to influence each share, sector and the nationally and internationally market at the same time.Third, method of investigation and analysis are other criteria for evaluation the project. Investigation ought to be explicit, and analysis should be reasonable. For investigate, I use the p

6、rimary sources and secondary sources. I go to the company homepage to investigate the main business for each company. Meanwhile, I download some companies annual reports, including Chinese and English editions. Some times I collect useful information coming from investment expert advises on websites

7、. For analyses, I use fundamental analysis methods and technical analysis method. I calculate the different statistics and ratios to analysis the company performance in the last year. I use industry analysis to help me understand the industry developing situation over this period. For fundamental an

8、alysis methods, I based on day-to-day statistic to catch effective information and forecast the short-term trend, which can helps me chose appropriate shares at suitable time with the appropriate price.Fourth, over the whole part, some adjustment and changes are also needed. In order to hand in a pe

9、rfect report, I spend a lot of time to collect useful and abundance information. I also take a long time to check them and edit appendix. On the other hand, investigate and analyses become more difficult. The financial ratio and statement are more complex and comprehensive than expected. In addition

What is more, the Earnings per share (EPS) in 2008 is better than 2009. While, Land Securities have grown their dividend consistently w

15、ith a 25% increase in 2009. The recent total dividend of Land securities is 64.00p, which demonstrate LAND.L earns a lot of profit or surplus from operation turnover. They can use this surplus to do some re-invest in business and pay quarterly dividends to their shareholders. On the other hand, the

16、net asset per share of LAND.L in recent two year also shows a better performance. Generally speaking, the higher net asset per share represent the company has more net asset.
