1、基于PLC的立式车床控制系统设计 基于 PLC 的立式车床控制系统设计 摘 要 在国民经济的各条战线上广泛使用着大量的车床、机器、仪器及工具等,这些 工艺装备都是由机械制造工业提供的。 2003 年 4 月 19 日从第七届中国国际机床展获悉,随着科学技术不断发展, 机床的发展也越来越快,机床也正朝着高性能、高精度、高速度、高柔性化和模 块化方向发展。 高性能:随着数控系统集成度的增强,机床也实现多台集中控制,甚至远距离 遥控。高精度:机床本身的精度和加工件的精度越来越高,而精度的保持性要好。 高速度:机床各轴运行的速度将大大加快。高柔性:机床的柔性化将向自动化程 度更高的方向发展,将管理、物

2、流及各相应辅机集成柔性制造系统。模块化:机 床要缩短周期和降低成本,就必然向模块化方向发展,这既有利于制造商又有利 于客户。 我国近几年机床虽然发展较快,但与国际先进水平还存在一定的差距,主要表 现在:可靠性差,外观质量差,产品开发周期长,应变能力差。为了缩小与世界 先进水平的差距,有关专家建议机床企业应在以下六个方面着力研究:1、加大 力度实施质量工程,提高机床的无故障率。 2 、跟踪国际水平,使机床向高效 高精方面发展。 3 、加大成套设计开发能力上求突破。 4 、发挥服务优势,扩 大市场占有率。 5 、多品种制造,满足不同层次的用户。 6 、模块化设计,缩 短开发周期,快速响应市场。 机
