3、dware-in-the-Loop based on LabVIEW RT AbstractThe hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is established with real-time simulation environment LabVIEW RT, which includes steer wheel angle, throttle and physical signal of braking. The real-time vehicle dynamics simulation software CarSim RT is used to

4、 establish the vehicle model. The HIL simulation is executed with the established test rig. It is shown that the HIL system for vehicle development can quickly be established, using LabVIEW RT and CarSim RT with well real time and expansible, furthermore the system has high performance-price ratio.K

The message and shared information required in the shifting process of CAN bus receiving and sending DCT validates bus operating condition and real-time performance. The vehicle

11、test results show that CAN bus enables real-time communication between TCU and ECU, coordinated control between engine, dual clutch and transmission, can effectively improve shifting quality of car equipped with DCT and achieve power shifting.
