2、】单层厂房指层数仅为一层的工业厂房，适用于生产工艺流程以水平运输为主，有大型起重运输设备及较大动荷载的厂房，如机械制造工业、冶金工业和其他工业等。单层厂房的骨架结构，由支撑各种竖向的与水平的荷载作用的构件所组成。厂房依靠各种结构构件合理连接为一整体，组成一个完整的结构空间以保证厂房的坚固、耐久。我国广泛采用钢筋混凝土排架结构和钢架结构，通常由横向排架、纵向联系构件、支撑系统构件和围护结构等几部分组成。单层砖柱厂房具有选价低廉、构造简单、施工方便等优点，在中小型工业厂肩中得到广泛应用，但单层厂房的端墙(山墙)受风面积较大，内部空间要求、厂房屋顶面积、荷载等均较大，构造复杂，如何进行有效的荷载效应

9、钢屋架、钢筋混凝土柱或者是全钢结构，其他大部分厂房均可采用混凝土结构。单层厂房结构一般由屋盖结构、排架结构、支撑系统、吊车梁、围护结构和基础等组成。它比较容易组织生产工艺流程和车间内部运输，地面上能够放置较重的机器设备和产品，所以其在工业建筑设计中得到广泛的应用。近年来，单层厂房的设计越来越重视设备节能,充分利用自然通风,利用自然采光,发展节能省地型工业厂房；运用生态学中的共生与再生原则，结合自然，保护环境，防止污染，发展具有良好生态循环系统的现代工业厂房；利用高科技材料，发展更具灵活性、通用性和多样化的工业厂房。由于水平所限，时间仓促，文中一定存在缺点和不足，甚至错误，恳请老师批评指正。 1
10、.设计条件与资料 1.1建筑物基本条件 某金工车间为两跨等高厂房，跨度均为24m，柱距均为6m，车间总长度66m。每跨设有20/5t吊车各两台，吊车工作级别为中制，轨顶标高为9.6m，基础顶面标高为-0.8m，厂房无天窗，建筑剖面简图如图1所示。 图1 厂房剖面示意图 1.2设计资料 （1）荷载: 屋面均布活荷载标准值为0.7KN/m。 （2）材料: 柱: 混凝土C30;纵筋HRB335级; 箍筋采用HPB235级。 基础: 混凝土C30;钢筋HPB235级。 型钢及预埋件铁板用HRB335、HPB235级钢筋。 （3）建筑构造 屋面: 卷材防水屋面,其做法如下: 两毡三油防水层上铺小石子: 0.35 KN/m。 20mm厚水泥砂浆找平层: 200.02=0.4
