2、展。 物流管理信息系统在实现物流系统化、自动化、智能化的过程中发挥着重要作用。 缺少了管理信息系统的支持，第三方物流就不可能成为一个整体，也不可能发挥其专业 优势。本文要讨论的主要内容正是第三方物流的管理信息系统规划问题。 首先，论文介绍了第三方物流的基本概念及其特点，探讨了第三方物流管理信息系 统的特征。 第二，对第三方物流管理信息系统的实施前提和基础进行了分析，介绍了物流的基 础技术；指出了标准化与业务流程重组 BPR 在信息化中的基础地位和作用。 第三，结合我国物流的实际情况，讨论了目前开发和应用第三方物流管理信息系统 存在的问题。 最后，对第三方物流管理信息系统进行了规划与分析。结合管
