2、s is to provide the standard calibration of dial indicator to ensure measurement accuracy .规范指示表(百分表和千分表)校准操作,确保测量值准确。2.0 Scope 适用范围This document is applied to the calibration operation for the dial indicator of Compart Precision (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. 适用于肯发精密仪器有限公司指示表(百分表和千分表)的校准操作。3.0 Operation Proce

3、dure 操作程序3.1 Calibration standard : Calibration Tester with 0.2um resolution 、 height master or gauge block.校准标准:分度值为0.2m的千分表检定仪、步距规或标准量块。3.2 Calibration environment: Room temperature 20 2, Relative humidity 65%.校准环境:室温202,相对湿度65%。 3.3 Calibration period:180 days.校准周期:180天。3.4 Calibration method 校准方

4、法:3.4.1 Visual inspection 外观检查: Visual check the dial indicator, the bezel should be clear with scale marking ,The probe should not be wear off 、 Rusting、chip off and scratches, otherwise, the indicator need to be repaired. 目力观察表盘清晰,没有影响读数缺陷,其测头不应有严重的磨损,锈迹,崩缺和明显的划痕, 否则修理。3.4.2 Usage of each part 各部分

5、相互作用3.4.2.1 The indicator bezel matched its body that should not have appearance looseness, The bezel rotation should be stable and reliable. 表盘和表体的配合无明显的松动现象,表圈转动应平稳,静止可靠。3.4.2.2 Tremble of the spindle and rotation of the pointer should be stable and flexible when shake the spindle and the pointer

6、should not be loosen and fall when shake the spindle quickly. 测杆的移动及指针的回转应平稳、灵活,不得有跳格、卡住和阻滞现象,测杆移动时,指针不应松动。 3.4.3 Calibration of the variation of indication 示值变动性校准.Fix the test indicator on a special rack reliably, adjust the axis of the spindle perpendicular to the plane table. At start 、middle an

7、d end position of the whole measuring range ,adjust the pointer to a scale ,raise the spindle 5 times, readout the value of the dial .The deviation between the maximum value and minimum value is the variation of indication at this position (variation of indication :indication with 0.01mm resolution

8、is 5m,indicator with 0.001mm resolution is 0.5m) . 将指示表装夹在刚性表架上,使测杆轴线垂直于水平工作台,在工作行程的始、中、末3个位置上,分别调整指针对准某一刻度,提升测杆5次,5次中最大读数与最小读数之差即为该位置上的示值变动性。(示值变动性:百分表5m;千分表0.5m)3.4.4 Calibration of the indication error示值误差校准3.4.4.1 Fix the test indicator on special rack of height master or calibration tester, adj

9、ust the axis of the spindle perpendicular to the plate. Set the height master and indicator to zero. The resolution 0.01mm indicators deviation is calibrated each 10-resolution value. The resolution 0.001mm indicators deviation is calibrated each 50-resolution value. Move the tester of master as the

10、 requirement distance. Readout the relative deviation value at each point until the indicator get to max range. Continue press the spindle until the pointer rotate 10-resolution value, then go the negative direction to calibrate. You must not change the moving direction of the spindle freely and mak

11、e any adjustment on the master or the test indicator during the calibrate process. The negative or positive sign is same as positive range when readout the negative range error. 将指示表装夹在步距规或检定仪上,使测杆轴线垂直于水平工作台。将步距规和指示表分别对好零位,百分表示值误差是在正反行程的方向上每隔10个分度进行检定,千分表示值误差是正反行程的方向上每隔50个分度进行检定。步距规移动规定分度后,在指示表上读取各点

12、相应的误差值,直到工作行程终点,继续压缩测杆使指针转过10个分度,接着反向进行检定。在整个检定过程中,中途不得改变测杆的移动方向,也不应对受检点和检定仪作任何调整。决定反行程误差的正负号和正行程的相同。3.4.4.2 For the measuring range 2 inch digital indicator that value error calibrate as the Table III : Fix the test indicator on a special rack reliably, adjust the axis of the spindle perpendicular

13、to the plane table, according the gage block to calibrate the value error with inspect point on the measuring range. 对于量程为2in的指示表示值误差校准如表 III所示:将指示表固定在刚性表架上,使测杆轴线垂直于水平工作台,依据量块对各受检点的示值误差在工作行程内进行校准。 3.4.5 Results management 校验结果处理3.4.5.1 The measuring range errors is the deviation between maximum and

14、minimum of all location error,Errors of the back range is take the max deviation between the indication of each point which is according to the positive and negative range .指示表的工作行程总误差由正反行程内各受检点误差中的最大值与最小值之差确定,回程误差由正反行程同一点误差之差的最大值确定。3.4.5.2 The every 1mm errors of resolution 0.001mm indicator is the

15、 deviation between maximum and minimum error of every positive range location errors. The every 0.2mm errors of resolution 0.001mm indictor is the deviation between maximum and minimum error of every positive range location errors. 百分表任意mm的示值误差分别根据百分表、mm各段正行程范围内所得误差中的最大值与最小值之差确定。千分表任意0.2mm的示值误差分别根据千分表00.2 、0.20.4 mm各段正行程范围内所得误差中的最大值与最小值之差确定。3.4.5.3 The every 0.1mm errors of resolution 0.01mm indicator is the maximum deviation of every positive range adjective location errors. 百分表任意0.1mm范围内的
