1、教学设计课题 人教版必修3 Unit2 Healthy eatingPeriod 1 Warming up and readingI.教材内容分析本单元的中心话题是“健康饮食”。本单元将通过谈论健康饮食,让学生了解饮食与健康方面的有关知识并且能根据所学知识审视自己、审视食物,提高健康饮食意识,并在日常生活中少吃汉堡、薯条等高热量低营养食品,多吃水果、蔬菜和谷物,远离肥胖和亚健康状态。课文主要讲述王鹏伟和咏慧开饭店的不同风格,经营的菜肴以及顾客对不同食品的不同反响,反映了现代人对饮食的关注和时尚追求。文章结尾一句话The competition between the two restauran

2、ts was on!给读者留下了悬念, 引起学生极大兴趣,使学生有继续阅读的欲望。本课重点是通过课文学习理解并掌握“情态动词”,同时通过文章阅读培养学生逻辑思维,批判性思维和创造性思维能力。.学情分析1学生经过高中阶段必修12的学习,学生具备了一定的阅读技能,如查找细节信息,抓住段落要点和全文大意等,在阅读速度方面也有了较大的提高,这有助于学生较好地完成这个课时的课文阅读。2这个单元的话题是“健康饮食”。 Warming up by sharing opinions进行热身,激发学生的阅读兴趣,导入本课,为Reading部分的阅读做好铺垫。3学生在这节课的学习过程中需要用到预习策略、搜集分析信

3、息策略、归纳整理策略等。.教学目标 1.学生能够正确读写及运用diet, balance, barbecue, roast, stir, fry, slim, lie, consult, digest, glare, spy, limit, benefit, sigh, combine能够掌握词组lose weight, get away with, tell a lie, win back, in debt, spy on, cut down, before long, put on weight的意思并能在句子中熟练运用。2略读、查读找出本课含情态动词ought to / ought no

4、t to / have to / dont have to / mustnt / neednt的句子。通过寻找关键词、主题句等方式更快速并准确地确定文章的段落大意,培养逻辑思维能力,理清文章的总体框架与脉络的技能,体会健康饮食的重要作用,培养批判性思维能力。3通过一系列的教学情境,学生能能根据所学知识审视自己、审视食物,提高健康饮食意识,并在日常生活中少吃汉堡、薯条等高热量低营养食品,多吃水果、蔬菜和谷物,远离肥胖和亚健康状态。.教学过程Step I Warming-up and lead in展示图片,让学生讨论他们自己所喜欢的食物If you eat out a lot, find way
