1、【无锡上银滑动摩擦导轨类型及结构】【无锡上银直线】导轨常用的滑动摩擦导轨,按承导件的断面形状可分为两类。1圆柱面涓动导轨 圆柱面滑动导轨的承导面是圆柱面,常用结构形式如图Io1所示。由于承导件是圆柱体,所以它的加工、检验都比较简单,易于达到较高的精度。圆柱面导轨是滑动摩擦导轨中最简单的一种,在仪器仪表中应用较广泛。缺点是间隙不能调节,特别是磨损后间隙不能调整和补偿,对温度变化也较敏感。单一的圆柱面导轨运动件除可沿其轴线作直线运动外,还可绕其轴线转动。在多数情况下,运动件的转动是不允许的,因为这种转动将增大仪器的误差,甚至破坏机构传动。为此,采用各种防转结构。 2桂柱面滑动导轨 常用的棱柱面导轨

2、有直角形导轨、三角形导执、燕尾形导轨及它们的组合式导轨。棱柱面导轨典型结构如图102所示。其中直角形导轨(图102(a)的加工和检验比较容易,应用比较广泛。但是它的间隙不容易控制,导向精度不如三角形导轨。这种导轨常用于小型地面瞄准仪器中。但几何形状比较复杂,难于达到很高的配合格度。导轨中的摩接力较大,运动不灵活。适用于受力不大和速度不高的场合。例如各种工具显微镜的镜头架上的导轨。三角形和平面组合导轨保持了三角形导轨的导向性好,乎导轨制造简单、刚性好等优点,且避免了由于热变形所引起的配合状况的变化,应用较为广泛。缺点是导轨磨损不均匀。燕层形和三角形组合导轨保持了三角形导轨导向精度高和燕尾形导轨结

3、构紧凑的优点,调节间隙方便。三角形导轨磨损均匀,使用寿命长加工和检验比较复杂,摩接力较大,能自动调整间隙,保持导轨原始导向招度。三角形导软适于作精密仪器的导轨。Silver linear guide, linear motion guide Wuxi (the guide) role is to ensure that the need for linear motion parts (or components) in accordance with the direction of Xuan line reciprocating motion.
