2、，即完成新建工程。 图1.1 Machine Edition的打开窗口 图1.2 新建工程对话框实验二 硬件组态在硬件配置中，各个项目的硬件组态各不相同，根据实际机架上的模块位置，右键点击各Slot项，选择Replace Module或Add Module，以替换或增加模块，在弹出的模块目录对话框中选择相应的模块并添加入下图所示。 图2.1 硬件配置 图2.2 添加硬件实验三 程序编写程序如下 图3.1 PAC交通灯信号控制梯形图 实验四 程序下载 在画出梯形图和确定硬件组态后，点击工具栏中的“”编译程序，检查当前标签内容是否有语法错误，检查无误。Rx3i在首次使用、更换工程或丢失配置信息后，
3、以太网通信模块的配置信息须重设，即设置临时IP,并将此IP写入Rx3i，供临时通信使用。然后通过写入硬件配置信息的方法设置“永久”IP。图4.1 设置IP地址在navigator下选Targetl,单击鼠标右键，在下拉菜单中选择Properties，在出现的Inspector对话框中设置通信模式，将Physical Port设置成ETHERNET,在IP Adress中键入上一步骤中设定的IP地址，如下图 图4.2 PAC通信标签属性和以太网卡参数设置点击工具栏上的“”按钮，建立通信，如果设置正确，策在状态栏窗口显示Connect to device，表明两者已连接上，如果不能完成软硬件之间的
4、联系，则应查明原因，重新设置，重新连接。下载程序，将PME中的数据下载到PAC中，点击按钮，设定PAC为在线模式，点击下载按钮下载，初次下载后，应将硬件配置及程序均下载进去，点击OK 。 图4.3 下载内容选择下载后，如正确无误，Target1前面的由灰变绿，屏幕下方出现Programmer、Stop Disabled、Config EQ、Logic EQ,表明当前的Rx3i配置与程序的硬件配置吻合，内部逻辑与程序中的逻辑吻合，此时将CPU的转换开关打到运行状态，即可控制外部设备。心得体会 在此次实验中，我们虽然遇到了很多苦难和问题，但是在和同学们的探讨中以及老师的帮助下都得到了解决。本次操作
5、，我们解决了诸如代码的更换，IP地址的输入，以及建立通信失败等问题，在这些问题的解决过程中，让我们进一步的了解了PLC的一些操作以及他的一些功能的应用，我相信，有了此次实验的基础，我们不再是PLC小白，如果在以后我们在碰到类似的问题，我们一定能自己解决。假如大家今后从事这个工作，这将为我们今后的工作增加经验，对我们会有大大的好处。另外，通过这次课程设计，是我学到了一些专业知识、专业技能分析及其他的技能锻炼，使得我在PLC的基本原理、PLC应用系统开发过程以及设计思路上有了新的认识和了解，这对我在将来的学习和工作中将会有很大的帮助。（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent
