1、2010英语专业考研支招系列-北大(2009-03-05 18:14:28)转载标签:分类：考研相关教育按照我的个人喜好的话，在所有招英语专业研的学校里我最喜欢北外，不过无可否认，北大也是非常厉害的一所学校，特别是英美文学，语言学等这些理论性比较强的方向.2009年北京大学外国语学院招生84人，除掉46个推免，还有不到40个名额，那么我估计英语语言文学大概就10几个名额吧，这样的话，跟北外比起来，招生量就比较小了 具体研究方向有文学，语言学和 翻译方向也比北外要少一些考试科目除政治和二外还有专业知识和专业能力两门前几年听说北大硕士改成2年了,但是今天在北大网站上看到，还是3年,其实还是三年知识
2、能学得扎实些下面我把北大英语系网站上提供的资料转贴如下：二、考试说明及部分参考书目（硕士）：（一）、“专业能力”卷，其中包括翻译及英语作文，英语系不为这份考卷提供参考书目及咨询服务。（Jessica注：这科就是和我们平时说的基础英语差不多，以考能力为主，翻译写作一定要扎 实，另外，学校不提供试卷，所以要多从各种渠道打听体型和出题路子，比如找考过的熟人 问，比如网上搜索等，总之尽一切努力，多了解信息。）（二）、“专业知识”卷标准题型1、英语文学文论方向题型（包括翻译研究）：（1）. Select two schools and explain how they view and treat history in theirin terpretati on and criticism of literature or other forms of culture.(Jessica注：这四个题都和文学有关，最后一个属于文学理论，应该说都是能力型题目，当然也考察基础知识，需要对文学比较有兴趣，平时基础比较扎实，而且有研究耐心的同学才能答好，总体看来和北外文学专业的考题难度差别不大)2、英语语言
8、学方向题型：1) 术语翻译及解释(50分)如：翻译： Cohesion，级阶解释： Prosody ， The Prague School2) 讨论与分析(100分)女口： 讨论：Lan guage as social semiotic分析：Comme nt on the use of the performative verbs (un derl in ed) in the followi ng sentences and the felicity con diti ons that must be met for the performatives to take effect.I pro
9、nounce you guilty!我任命张兰为英语系团委书记。（Jessica注：语言学我不太懂，但是从过去积累的底子来看这些题，感觉基础知识与理论使用能力并重。）（三）“专业知识”卷参考书目1、英语文学方向参考书目（适用于文学，翻译研究方向考生；下面给出的仅是一个 框架性的书目，并非硕士考试的出题范围，只是提供一个可供参考的文本资源。）1）.作品部分：The Norton An thology of En glish LiteratureThe Norton An thology of America n LiteratureThe Norton An thology of Western
10、 Literature关于长篇小说：考生可以根据自己的兴趣方向阅读和熟悉英国十八世纪以来以及美国十九世纪以来有关主要作家的主要作品，能够根据小说原文的具体内容进行文本解读与理论阐释，而不要依赖文学史上面的简单介绍。某些作家作品的背景可以参考上海外语教育出版社影印出版的剑桥文学指南丛书。2）.文学理论方面：Adams, Hazard and Leroy Searle. Eds. Fourth Edition.Jessica注：最后，就参考书目来看，文学方面作品也要求看诺顿， 而且也要求文本分析能力， 基本和北外差不多， 但北外文学理论要求不高， 所以还是北大要求高， 需要学生知识面很广， 而且有自己的独创观点。 尽管我更喜欢北外， 但北大这种鼓舞创新的导向还是很让我欣赏的； 另外，文学理论指定的两本书都是很好的，很经典的文论教材，也不难读。总之，北大是很 好的学校， 也很值得选择， 但是从我这个实利主义老师的角度看， 要考北大需具备如下条件： 语言基础好，对学术研究有兴趣，有创造性思维（这一条特别针对考文学的），建议大家慎 重选择。
