1、I have a pen pal 教学设计(Period 1)小学英语(PEP)六年级上册一、教材内容分析本课时包含Lets try和Lets talk两个部分。Lets try部分通过聊天的方式呈现了新句型。学生通过听力练习获得B Lets talk板块的人物及场景信息,为进入正式的对话学习做好准备。Lets talk部分学习的核心句型是:What are Peters hobbies? He likes reading stories .He likes doing kung fu and swimming. He likes 教材通过一张Peter的生活照呈现了张鹏和Olive打电话聊好

2、友Peter的业余爱好的情景,让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。本部分需要向学生说明的是歌曲茉莉花是一首著名的中国民歌。条件允许的情况下,教师可让学生欣赏这首歌。二、学生情况分析在上一单元,学生已经学习了一些动词短语,如visit my grandparents, see a film, take a trip, go to the supermarket等。本课时的教学内容,是要让学生掌握如何谈论他人的爱好。由于学生已学习过询问别人爱好的语言表达方式,因此,本课的重点放在如何创设情境,让学生在一定的真实情景下进行语言的运用练习。三、教学目标(一)知识目标1. 听、说、读、写,并在情景中运用

He/She likes 谈论他(她)人的爱好与个人信息。2. 能够在语境中理解生词hobby, jasmine, idea, also的意思,并能正确发音。(二)技能目标1. 能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意,并回答Lets talk部分对话下面的问题。2. 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并能进行角色表演。3. 能在情境中恰当运用核心句型完成简单的交际任务;能运用What ares hobbies? He/She likes . 询问或回答他人的爱好。4. 能完成教材第38页对好朋友爱好的调查活动。(三)情感目标通过了解他人的兴趣爱好,

4、向学生渗透认同他人的意识,引导学生树立正确的交友观。四、教学重难点教学重点:1. 能听说、认读单词also, teach, Good idea, Jasmine Flower。2. 能在情境中运用句型:What are s hobbies? He/She likes . 谈论他人的爱好。教学难点:1. 能够在语境中理解生词hobby, jasmine, idea的意思,并能正确发音。2. 能够归纳、总结第三人称为主语的陈述句中,谓语动词的正确形式。五、教学步骤1. 热身(唱一唱)(1)教师使用PPT展示带有中国民歌茉莉花歌词的茉莉花图片,播放歌曲茉莉花,与学生一起欣赏并哼唱,让学生认知a Ch

5、inese folk song,交流自己的爱好:I like singing. 并以自问自答方式Whats my hobby? I like singing. 示范兴趣爱好的询问和回答对话,同时引导学生理解hobby的意思。教师再以What is your hobby? 询问学生,让生按照自己的示范运用I like . 进行回答,谈论自己的业余爱好,为新课时的教学内容进行铺垫。(2)教师使用PPT呈现歌曲My new pen pal的情景图片,让学生猜测图片中小男孩的兴趣爱好。通过句型What are the boys hobbies? 激发学生解决问题的兴趣,为新句型的呈现做好铺垫。(3)教

6、师播放歌曲My new pen pal,让学生听歌抓词,回答小男孩有哪些爱好的问题。以带任务听取对话、理解内容的方式,引导学生形成整体认知。设计意图:通过听取歌曲、理解歌词,教师为学生创设语言的情景,体现语言的交际功能。通过猜测小男孩的兴趣爱好,活跃思维,使学生快速进入语言环境和学习状态。带着任务,听轻松愉快的歌曲,训练学生捕捉重点信息分析文本的听力技能。T: Good morning, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning, Mr Cheng.T: Just now, we listened a Chinese folk song, Jasmine Flower.

7、I also talk about my hobby, I like singing. Now can you tell me, what are your hobbies? Hobby, what does it mean? Listen to me carefully. I sing the song Jasmine Flower, right? And I say I like singing. So whats my hobby? I like singing. Singing is my hobby. Do you know what does hobby mean? Can you

8、 guess? What does it mean?Ss: 爱好,兴趣爱好。T: Great! Hobby means兴趣爱好。OK, what are your hobbies?S1: I like S2: I like T: OK. All of your hobbies are good. Now, can you guess, what are the boys hobbies? Listen to the song. And you will know the boys hobbies. Listen carefully.2. 呈现(1)核心句型结合歌词内容和引导性问题What ar

9、e the boys hobbies? 教师导入本课的核心句型What are Peters hobbies ? 与学生就问题的答案进行讨论,教师同时板书答案信息。随后,学生再次听取对话,并跟读、朗读对话。设计意图:通过挖掘歌曲信息,导入本课核心句型。歌曲中,用第三人称讲述了Peter的兴趣爱好,教师可用本课重点功能句What are Peters hobbies? 进行提问,由易到难,符合学生的语言习得规律。(听完歌曲)T: What are the boys hobbies?(板书)Ss: He likes to sing. T: OK, he likes to sing. What el

10、se?Ss: He likes to play pingpong and football.(2)Lets try借助热身活动中通过歌曲My new pen pal猜测小男孩兴趣爱好的环节,教师提示Lets try部分的兴趣爱好相关背景,引导学生进行听前预测。教师呈现主情景图右页的插图,并介绍Lets try部分听力活动的背景,同时引导学生阅读Lets try部分的题目,找出对话的人物,提醒学生通过阅读题干来明确basketball和tall是听的关键,形成一定的听力技巧。T: Zhang Peng is talking with Oliver about his pen pal, Peter

11、. What are Peters hobbies? Does he like basketball?根据提示,引导学生尝试猜测第一个问题的答案。然后教师播放录音,师生共同验证答案。T: Lets listen and answer the questions.(教师播放录音)T: OK, lets check the answer.
