2、问卷进行发放。运用了实地调查等研究方法,经历开题、展开工作、分析数据、总结研究等过程，将收集来的数据进行分析整合，提出改善周边交通拥挤现象的建议和对策。 通过此次调查研究，我们发现：市区内中小学校位于主次干道旁, 每逢上学、放学时间，周边交通格外拥堵。其原因主要是：学生家长提前在学校门口等候，车辆随意停放在校门前的公路两侧，占用部分非机动车道；机动车、自行车随意停靠、调头、逆行，路面现场混乱不堪；学校周边行人过街设施不完善，学生过街存在安全隐患；商贩林立，缺乏有效管理管理。 纵观我市中小学校门口的交通秩序，需要广大的交通管理者健全学校周边的交通安全设施，加强学校周边的交通秩序管理。交管部门要对
3、学校周边摊贩违规占道经营、违法停车、超速行驶等交通违法行为进行不定期的清理整顿，全面净化学校周边道路交通环境。建立起学校与交警的联防机制，形成打击交通违法行为的高压态势，力保学校周围的交通安全。只有这样，才能为孩子的健康成长、快乐出行撑起一片无雨的天空。 关键词： 中小学；校园周边；交通；交通设施 2 Abstract Strengthening campus surrounding road traffic management, ensure the campus surrounding areas, orderly and smooth traffic of road traffic s

11、商贩 . 15 3. 调研成果汇总 . 16 1完自身建设与制度 .16 2改善校园周边公共交通环境的建设 17 3.3. 提高个人安全意识 . 18 结论 . 17 参考文献 . 19 附录 . 17 致谢 . 182 4 北京城区中小学校园周边交通调研及完善研究 引言 随着经济发展和城市化进程的加快，城市交通拥堵日益严重，在给市民的工作及日常生活带来不便的同时，也已经在极大程度上阻碍了北京的快速健康发展，其造成的经济、安全和环境等方面的重大损失引起社会各方面的广泛关注。而中小学校园周边的交通状况，尤其是早、晚高峰造成的交通拥堵，已经成为了影响交通的重大因素，由此而来对于中小学生人身安全造成威胁，使之成为迫在眉睫的问题。针对北京城区中小学校园周边交通调研及完善研究这一课题，我们成立了调研小组，并从去年九月初开始展开讨论，组员们利用大学生科研创新项目这一契机，对北京市城区内的中小学校园周边交通环境及存在缺陷进行调查研究。 1. 调研概述 1.1. 调研的理论意义与现实意义 作为政治、文化的中心，在经济快速发展的同时，北京也面临着交通拥堵所带来的一系列难题，显然，交通拥堵已经成为阻碍北京健康成长的焦点问题之一。中小学校园周边交通拥堵不仅成为影响交通的一大问题，同时存在许多安全隐患，需要得到社会更多的关注。我们调研小组将通过对文献资料的查阅和分
