1、PEP六年级英语上册 Unit 5 What does she do? 教学设计Part A Lets learn & Group work 一、教学目标1. 知识目标(1)巩固词汇teacher, nurse, baseball player, doctor, driver, farmer(2)掌握四会词汇singer歌手, writer 作家, actor男演员, actress女演员, artist艺术家, TV reporter记者(3)能够理解、认读白体句子:What does your father/mother do? Hes/Shes a 你父亲或母亲的职业是什么? 他/她是(

2、4)能听懂、会唱“My Family”2. 能力目标学生能用英语表达自己喜欢的职业,并能简单表达自己的理想3. 情感目标使学生了解更多的职业,热爱生活,尊重他人劳动。二、教学重难点重点:掌握A Lets learn部分的五种职业的英文表达,并能简单问答、介绍,表达自己的理想。难点:在正确区分运用冠词an和a,如:an actress,a writer。三、教学准备1多媒体教学课件。2师准备四年级上册B Lets learn部分的单词卡片,ChenJie等人物的头饰,职业调表。3学生准备本课单词卡片。四、教学过程Step 1:热身(Warm-up)教师播放课件中四年级上册第74页的歌谣,学生边说

3、边根据内容做一些动作。根据歌谣内容,教师在说完歌谣后与学生进行问答练习:What your father/mother?He/She is a ( ).接着老师引导学生认识询问爸妈职业的另一种表达:What does your father/mother do?再用这种新学的句型让学生在小组中练习,展示。T:Your father is a man,so we can say “What does he do? Your mother is a woman,so we can ask”What does she do?”(此环节中歌谣的吟唱调动了学生的兴趣,接歌谣中的内容顺理成章的过渡到师生的

4、问答练习以及新句型的渗透,衔接自然,学生在旧知的基础上认识学习新知识,难度小,掌握效果也好。)Step 2:复习(Preview) “指手画脚”活动教师把doctor,teacher,nurse,driver,farmer,baseball player等单词卡片面朝下放在桌上。一名学生抽一张卡片,用动作表演卡片上的职业,其他学生猜职名称。第一个猜出的学生抽下一张卡片继续做游戏。Step 3:新课呈现(Presentation)Lets learn1.学习singer,writer,TV reporter三个单词(接上一环节,最后教师给学生singer的图片,让其表演)(师范读,板书)(播放课

5、件:分别出示刘欢、宋祖英的照片)T:What does he/she do?Ss:He/She is a singer.T:I think you know many singers.Can you say their names?引导学生用( ) is a singer.(课件出示鲁迅的照片)T:Whos he?Ss:LuXun.T:What does he do?Ss:作家引出writer,(师范读,板书。仿照上面让学生用英语句子说出更多作家。)(课件出示一女记者的照片)T:This is a woman,she is reporting news.What does she do?Ss:

6、记者引出TV reporter(师范读,板书。)2.猜单词活动T:Ill introduce some jobs,please guess “what does he/she do?”He writes stories.The story is wonderful.What does he do?She reports news.The news is great.What does she do?He sings songs.His voice is very good.What does he do?She draws pictures.The picture is beautiful.W

7、hat does she do?3.学习artist,actor,actress(接上面猜职业单词的环节,引出artist这个单词)(课件出示齐白石、陈逸飞两个画家的图片,练习句型问答。)T:Next,Ill show you some pictures,they are super stars,I like them very much.(课件出示成龙等三位男演员的照片,学习actor这个单词)T:(point to 成龙)What does he do?(学生回答时必有错误,提醒学生注意actor前要用an,老师板书时用彩色粉笔书写an,引起学生注意。)T:They are men,so

8、they are actors.(课件出示林心如与赵薇的照片)T:They are women,so they are actresses.(引出 an actress)4.(课件出示Lets learn 的内容,学生跟读,找生读。)5.教师指导学生在学生卡片背面边拼读边描红。6.对照图片两人一组练习问答。(课件中名人图片的运用激发学生极大的学习兴趣,符合学生的年龄特点,在单词多的情况下,学完三个之后,进行谜语练习,既巩固了所学知识,为后面的巩固延伸中的练习做准备,又能以不同的方式引入新单词,使学生的兴趣一直保持,不感到枯燥。)Step4:巩固和延伸(Consolidation and ext

9、ension)(课件出示练习题)1.看图片写出职业单词;2.类似Let start的练习:教师对学生说:“I am a teacherI teach lessons” teach和teacher用不同颜色标出来。请学生观察两个词并说出差别。教师通过一些动作给学生以提示,帮助学生理解其它几种职业的含义。注意提示学生dancer,driver,writer三个词是直接在原动词后面加r。3.Group work(1)教师依次戴上Chen Jie,BaiLing等人物的头饰,并介绍说:“I am ChenJieI am going to be an artistI am BaiLingI am goi

10、ng to be aan”教师扮演一名记者,采访一名学生:“What are you going to be?”引导学生回答:“Im going to be aan”然后此学生扮演小记者采访其他同学,采访后教师用“What is he/she going to be?”引导学生利用“He/She is going to be a/an.”来回答。(2)学生利用教师发给的“职业调查表”,在表格第一列填入要采访的同学名字,然后在教室里走动调查,完成表格,找出最受全班学生欢迎的职业。Lets singHomework板书: Unit5 What Does She Do?PartA Lets learn What does your father/mother do?
