Need的用法（1）need作情态动词，表示“需要”，没有人称和数的变化，后接动词原形；否定句need后加not,也可以缩写成neednt; 疑问句把need提前。 如： I need tell you that he has gone. You neednt finish that work today. Need I leave now? - Yes, you need. - No，you neednt Must
9、 he complete it at once ? - Yes, he must. - No, he neednt.(2) need做实义动词，后接名词或代词，也可以接动词不定式。 Do you need help? I dont need this dictionary. You can take it away. She needs someone to help her.注：need后接动名词-ing形式表示被动的意思，它的主语通常是物。 need doing 相当于sth. need to be done。如： The shirt needs washing. = The shirt
10、needs to be washed.(3)need做名词，表示“需要”如： people in need 需要帮助的人 be in (great) need of = need (v. ) The old man is in need of money . = The old man needs money.句型： 1、I need to complain to the robot shop. 2、Mr Jiang is the first person in Sunshine Town to own a robot. 3、In order to have more free time, I
