2、此新课程倡导建立具有“自主，合作和探究”的学习方式，改变传统的英语教学观念，推进“学导练”的教学模式，以学生为主体、教师为主导、训练为主线，面向全体，分层教学。2. 多元智能理论强调，人类智能是多元而非单一的，每个人都有独特的智能结构和智能优势，每个人的学习方式都是独特的，所以一个人不可能学会所有的东西。多元智能理论有助于转变我们的教学观，做到因材施教，多方面了解学生特长，并相应地采取适合其特点的教学方法，使学生的特长达到充分的发展自身内在的兴趣。因此应该采用灵活多变的教学手段，培养学生的学习兴趣，注重学生的创新能力培养，力争课堂的优质高效。3. 情境教学法。创设和谐、融洽的学习氛围，促进师生
