1、凹版印刷中ERP的应用研究摘 要当今世界经济的发展趋势是全球经济一体化，我们面对前所未有的机遇和挑战。凹版印刷企业实施ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）是企业长足发展的重要举措之一。ERP在国外已取得了辉煌的成就，实践证明这是一种先进的管理模式，能给企业带来巨大的经济效益。现代企业要发展，要与世界接轨，就应该选择ERP。知识经济时代和信息社会的飞速发展，迫使我们必须加快信息化建设的步伐，而ERP正是适应这种要求的法宝。实施ERP既可强力提升企业的管理水平，又可以实现企业的信息化建设，可谓“一箭双雕”。在市场经济竞争异常激烈的今天，竞争不再是单一企业之间的竞争，而
2、是企业供应链之间的竞争，企业越来越感到现有的组织结构、业务流程、管理模式已无法适应新环境的需求。供应链管理、企业流程重组等现代管理思想、Intranet/Extranet/Internet及相关技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，使供应商、生产商、销售商、顾客之间的相互依赖日趋加强。本文对凹版印刷中ERP的应用进行了深入研究，其主要内容如下：首先，介绍了凹版印刷企业ERP的实施现状。然后，针对凹版印刷企业ERP的现状、存在的问题，做出相应的对策，并通过港发软包装有限公司实施ERP成功经验，说明上ERP的必要以及实施中应注意的问题。在研究过程中，文章采用了理论研究与实证分析相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合
