2、oitation in the company.3. 职责Responsibilities3.1. 研发部：负责向采购提供所需物料的详细技术参数要求；同时， 在选用新物料时，尽量满足环保要求及可持续利用；在了解市场情况下，提供联系方 式、地址、参考价格等信息；当采购遇到困难时，研发人员协助 采购选择代用品；所采购物料回来后确认物料功能、性能并协助 CE完成测试认证工作。The R&D department:shall provide the detailed technology specification of required material to the purchasing depa

6、 material acknowledgement to supplier.3.3. 工程部：完成新物料的测试认证工作，并提供完整详细的测试报 告；对测试报告进行审核和批准；协助采购部完善新物料承认书必须包含的内容。The engineering department: shall responsible for the test and certification of the new materials, and should provide the completed test report. The report shall be checked and approved by the

The engineering department should assist the purchasing department to complete and update the of the new material that necessary contents.3.4. 品质部：负责确认新物料承认书的格式及规范（环保规范）的符 合性；实施新物料（非PCB板类）可靠性实验（高、低温实验）并提供实验数据； 负责所有新物料ROHS检测。The qualitydepartment: shall responsible for the co

13、ctronic components.5. 程序内容Procedure Contents5.1. 新物料编码的增加Addthe new material code5.1.1. 工程部根据产品初始材料清单结合K3系统整理出该产品的新物 料清单，填写内部联络单并由工程师确认，工程部主管批准即可在K3系统中 增加新物料的编码，同时注明相关新物料为未承认状态(研发 确认栏为“N”)，未承认物料在下次生产时须承认才能生产。The engineering department shall complete the new material list according to the initial mat
