1、为了使客户更好的了解我们酒店，我部计划将从每位到访的客人入手，抓住机会，宣传酒店产品和提供的服务，给客人留下一个积极良好的印象，为此我部拟定了以下接待安排路线和酒店基本信息，供大家参考：In order to let the customers understand our hotel better, we are planning to seize the opportunity from every call in guest to promote the hotels products and services to leave guests a positive impression,
2、 here below is the hotel information for all your information:A.事先准备好要去参观的房间，会议室，包厢的钥匙,事先通知部门做好准备; Prepare the key of the visiting rooms, conference rooms in advance and inform relevant department. B.了解该房型，房价，会议室价格。Mater all room type, feature and price.C.根据客人要求，各种房型各选一间，随时做好准备. All room type is bet

D.确保房间状况，卫生都达标，尽量安排朝南光线好的房间.总之，展现给客人的要是酒店最好的一面。Ensure room facilities, hygiene are match hotel standards to show guests the best.（1）大堂区域，从大堂开始参观，简要介绍酒店架构，概况。酒店共分为两个区域：1号楼，2号楼，1号楼为餐厅区域，2号楼为客房区域，连接两个楼的中间部分为大堂。Start visiting f

12、 external environment游泳池，面积约100平米左右，夏季时对外开放。Swimming Pool is about 100 square meters and it opening to the outside world at summer茶园，分别分布在庄园的前，右，后三个区域，庄园内提供的茶水全产自自己的茶园。茶叶丰收季节，可安排客人参观茶园，采摘茶叶等活动。Tea Garden, were distribute at the front, right and back of our Resort, the tea estates to provide full from our own tea. plantations, picking tea leaves and other activities.
