1、 上海岩征实验仪器有限公司反应釜阀门操作扭矩简介起始扭矩是开始阀门执行所需的扭矩。执行机构的起始扭矩必须大于阀门的起始扭矩。最终扭矩是完成执行所需的扭矩。执行机构的最终扭矩必须大于阀门的最终扭矩。影响操作扭矩的因素1、使用频度:操作扭矩一般随开关操作时间间隔的延长而增高。2、开关磨损:接触面会随着阀门的不断开关逐渐磨损,并导致摩擦力和操作扭矩升高。执行速度也可能会影响阀门磨损速度。3、阀座或填料材料:有些球阀设计中,球阀与阀座或填料之间摩擦力影响操作扭矩,而这个摩擦力随材料和润滑剂的不同而不同。4、系统压力:较高压力产生较高接触力和摩擦力,并因此导致较高操作扭矩。5、系统温度:温度降低或升高都
