1、技术开发合同书Technology Development Contract鉴于：本合同签约各方就本合同书中所描述项目的研究开发、投资融资、成果权属、收益分配、风险责任以及与之相关的技术和法律问题经过平等协商，在真实、充分地表达各自意愿的基础上，根据中华人民共和国合同法之规定，达成如下协议，由签约各方共同恪守。WHEREAS:The Parties hereto have carried out mutual consultation on an equal basis with respect to the research and development, investment finan
2、cing, deliverables ownership, profit distribution, risk liabilities and any related technical and legal issues concerning the project contemplated herein, the Parties have entered into this Contract on the basis of good faith, pursuant to the Contract Law of the Peoples Republic of China, and agree
