Everyone using the hotel should also take responsibility for their own safety wherever possible and disabled guests and visitors can be expected to identify themselves when they check-in or visit the hotel. 9、ld cooperate by giving any information necessary for their safety whilst in the hotel. 13、d procedures put in place including ensuring the correct number of trained staff are available.
