6、采用无触点式点火系统)点火系统检查 83 上海大众轿车点火线圈和点火器的检测 9结论 11 致谢 12 参考文 献 13 I2 / 131 绪论一 绪论1.点火系统的发展历程在汽油机发动机，燃烧室的火花塞两极间加上直流电压后，电极间的气体便发生电离现象，随着两极间的间隙被击穿而产生电火花，并点燃气缸内压缩后的混合气。而点火系随着科技的不断发展以点火脉冲触发方式的不同，经历了触点 式点火系、电子点火系和微机控制的电子点火系统三个历程。触点式点火系是靠断电触点来接通和切断点火线圈初级电流而使点火线圈此级产生高压电的，这种工作方式不可避免地存在（1）高速易断火（2）断电触点易烧蚀（3）对火花塞积炭敏
7、感（4）起动性能差（5）无线电干扰大的缺陷。尤其是多缸发动机的高速发展及人们对减少空气污染的重视和节约燃油的要求。为了避免机械触点点火系统触点容易烧蚀损坏的缺点，在晶体管技术广泛应用后产生了非接触式传感器作为控制信号，以大功率三极管为开关代替机械触点的无触点电子点火系统。这种系统显著优点在于初级电路电流由晶体三极管进行接通和切断，因此电流值可以通过电路加以控制。不足之处在于这种系统中的点火时刻仍采用机械离心提前装置和真空提前装置，对发动机工况适应性差。为了不断的弥补缺陷，微机控制点火系统在发动机运转时，微机根据传感器信号，直接控制各个点火线圈产生高压电，是相应火花塞跳火。到目前为止，微机控制点
