1、XXX大厦给水排水及消防设计摘 要XXX大厦位于内蒙古XXXX市,是一栋集办公、宾馆于一体的综合型高层建筑,建筑总高度为62.6米。该建筑地下一层为配电室、水泵房、设备间等,室内地面标高为-4.35m;地上十七层,一层为接待大厅,层高为5.4m;二层为咖啡厅、餐厅及库房等,层高为5.4m;三、四层为写字间,层高为3.9m;五-十五层为客房,层高为3.6m;十六、十七层为办公、音像录制室,层高为3.9m;具体布置如工程图纸所示。水源由市政给水管网提供,其常年压力为0.2MPa,埋深为1.8m,污水井最低水位为-1.2m。水源由市政给水管网供给,建筑外侧设容积为810 立方米的贮水池,该设计给水系

2、统采用分区供水方式,低区为地下一层至地上八层,高区为九层至十七层,高低区均采用变频调速水泵供水。消防系统采用消火栓灭火系统、自动喷淋灭火系统和水幕系统相结合的方式,消火栓灭火系统管网布置成环状,共设四根消防立管,在裙房设置五根消防立管,每层设四个消火栓,在建筑外侧设两个水泵接合器,当水量不足时可由室外消防车通过水泵接合器供水。自动喷淋灭火系统采用独立的湿式自动喷水灭火系统,该系统具有灭火及时,效率高的优点,但也存在缺陷,由于管网中充有有压水,当渗漏时会损坏建筑和影响建筑物的使用。在系统设在每根立管上各设一组湿式报警阀,在建筑外侧也设两个水泵接合器,当水量不足时可由室外消防车通过水泵接合器供水。
