3、移动通信、数字集群通信、宽带无线接入、卫星数字多媒体广播等技术为代表的新技术新业务层出不穷,极大地推动了经济社会发展,丰富了人民群众的物质文化生活。此外,在满足农村和偏远地区通信普遍服务需求,帮助过远贫困地区跨越数字鸿沟、实现公平的信息共享方面,无线电通信技术也在发挥其特殊的作用。本文针对A省无线电管理技术服务“大篷车”进广播电视台站活动所采集的监测检测数据分散、利用率不高及日常工作中广播电视台站设置多、电波秩序维护难,无线电干扰多、排查难等重、难点问题,综合运用程序开发工具、数据库技术、地理信息技术,进行“基于MapX广播电视台站无线电监检测信息处理系统设计与实现”课题研究。文中阐述了研究的

4、目的、意义,国内外研究现状及本课题研究的主要内容;全面剖析我省无线电监检测现状及存在问题,系统功能及性能需求;深入研究系统模型、架构、算法、处理过程、数据库结构,详细设计系统代码,重点思考航路分析、互调计算、覆盖范围等模块的实现方法,并对系统的实践应用作了介绍。系统建成并在投入运行后,有效解决了广播电视台站大量无线电监测、检测数据管理问题,实现数据的集中统一管理和安全有效备份,通过灵活的条件查询及直观的地理信息系统快速搜索定位出所需要的数据,大大提高数据利用率;通过软件系统对台站数据进行航路沿线、互调计算、覆盖范围等电磁兼容性深度挖掘分析,得出科学合理布局无线电台站、预防和排查无线电干扰所需的
