4、的强化这两个亟待研究的课题。2、在优化债权处置方面，针对资产处置进度的均衡性和资产回收价值的最大化两个核心问题，系统地分析了当前债权处置工作中在收现进度、收现额度、收现范围均衡性上,在进度与回收率、程序与质量关系上存在的表现为“七个不”上的问题和产生原因，在金融系统内首次有针对性的提出了关于提高计划工作水平、合理安排工作节奏、提高履约执行效率、正确面对现实问题方面需要采取的二十一步走的解决方案和工作方式。3、在强化股权管理方面，立足于规范债转股新公司法人治理，紧贴于规范资产管理公司内部管理行为，从维护股东合法权益、实现股权适时退出出发，在股权管理的战略目标、组织构架、制度规范、方法思路、实质内
5、容等五个方面，在金融系统内首次具体解答了股权管理工作“为什么管理”、“由谁来管理”、“靠什么管理”、“怎么去管理”以及“管理些什么”等实际工作中必须面对和解决的最基本、最具体的五个问题。学位论文作者签名： 西南交通大学与国立南澳大学MBA学位论文 第IX页摘 要切实有效的提高资产处置的质量和效率，对于减少金融资产的损失数额、加快国有银行的改革步伐，推动债务企业的转型发展，促进经济社会的稳定和谐，具有重要的现实意义。金融资产管理公司处置不良资产和管理债转股股权资产，在我国是一项全新的工作，既无现成的模式可以参考，也无成功的经验可以借鉴，不良资产的处置和股权资产的管理还处于逐步探索和不断改进之中，
6、在实现工作中难免出现了诸多问题，最主要的问题表现在资产处置实施期限较长，资产处置回现额度较少，因此，如何提高资产处置的质量和效率就成为当前工作中迫切需要研究和解决的问题。本文从影响资产管理公司资产处置质量和效率的主要问题入手，依据日常管理工作中逐步梳理的操作流程和积累的工作经验，参阅国外资产管理公司运作的经验教训，以实现资产处置最终目标为前提，以解决业务工作主要问题为主线，以理顺、整合、规范实际操作为重点，从资产管理与处置的内在发展趋势与运行规律出发，从寻求外在工作框架与运作程序着眼，主要探讨和论述了提高资产处置质量和效率中两个亟待研究和解决的课题：如何优化资产处置和如何强化股权管理。在优化债
