1、 毕业论文广州某综合办公楼中央空调系统设计学 号: 13935108 姓 名: 张辉 班 级: 制冷131 专 业: 制冷与空调技术 系 部: 机电技术学院 指导老师: 沈学明 完成时间2015年12月12日至2016年3月31日毕业设计论文 广州某综合办公楼中央空调系统设计内容摘要本工程为广州市荔湾区周门北路40号工贸园2栋,地理条件优越。共五层,一楼设有值班室、休息区、备用间、会议厅、办公室等,二楼设有办公室、接待室、仓库、活动室等,三四楼设有办公室、实验室、药品库、会议接待室等,五楼设有办公室、测试室等。此次设计的主要内容包括:1、根据自定的建筑物结构形式和本地区的气象条件,进行空调系统

2、的设计。2、进行空调房间热负荷计算。3、进行主机、水泵、管道、末端等的选型计算。4、进行地下埋管的选择计算。5、对施工注意事项等进行小结。本设计计算部分从整栋楼的冷负荷计算开始,为了能够对冷负荷有全面的认识,此次设计采用鸿业软件计算,从而得出合理的冷负荷。根据建筑的地理、环境、负荷并且综合空气源热泵、水源热泵、地源热泵系统的比较和客户的要求,我们选定了地源热泵系统,来进行空调的设计。根据房间的功能,全楼划分五个系统,主系统为地源热泵机组系统,其余为VRV机组系统。通过计算,主系统总制冷量为359kW,制冷机组采用螺杆式地源热泵机组,型号SSD4000(D)H,制冷量为400KW,系统二:主机选

3、型要根据末端总制冷量,制冷量为9KW。选择主机机组多联机机组,型号MDVH-V100W/N1-521(E1),制冷量为10KW系统三:主机选型要根据末端总制冷量,制冷量为19KW。选择主机机组多联机机组,型号MDV-252(8)W/D2SN1-890,制冷量为25.2KW。系统四主机选型要根据末端总制冷量,制冷量为24KW。选择主机机组多联机机组,型号MDV-252(8)W/D2SN1-890,制冷量为25.2KW系统五:主机选型要根据末端总制冷量,制冷量为26KW。选择主机机组多联机机组,型号MDV-280(10)W/D2SN1-890,制冷量为28KW。这样设计高效节能,稳定可靠、无环境污

4、染、一机多用、维护费用低、使用寿命长、节省空间、实现了水资源的循环利用。在完成方案的确定后,运用鸿业软件进行绘制标准层空调系统平面图,水系统图,并进行水力计算,确定水管管路路径,得出最不利路径的阻力,结合冷负荷,送风量等选择相应的空调末端产品以及辅助设备。在设计过程中,查找各种厂家产品型号,并遵循暖通空调设计相关的准则与法规,讨论本设计遇到的问题,并总结经验教训。AbstractThe project for the Liwan District City, Guangzhou City, North Road, 40, 2, the trade and Industry Park, the

This design is efficient and energy saving, stable and reliable, no environmental pollution, a multi-purpose, low maintenance costs, long service life, save space, to achieve the recycling of water resources.At the completion of the p
