Grade 7 B Unit5 Im watching TV.二.课题说明:本课的教学内容是让学生们在日常生活中注意观察别人正在进行的动作,能准确地用英语来表达。.教学重点是掌握现在进行时。三.课时说明:本案例是第五单元的第一课时.学生在上个单元学习过职业和理想.因此,这节课的教学任务是在复习旧知的基础上,如何学习新知识。本单元旨在创造一个轻松、愉快的学习、交流环境,通过听、说、读、写来

2、培养学生综合运用这些知识的能力。并让学生能在“做中学”(learning by doing),通过有限的课堂实践活动,注意观察别人的行动,能准确地用英语来表达。四学情分析: 我们教学的对象是初一学生(以中等生为主),他们学习英语既感到好奇又担忧,希望能得到他人的肯定。因此我在教学活动中尽量让他们参与到活动中来,有更多的机会来说英语,减少他们的恐惧感,通过学生间的合作学习,降低他们的学习难度,使他们体验到成功的喜悦。同时在阅读和书面表达中加以落实,提高他们综合运用语言的能力,使各层次的学生都有所收获。五教学分析:通过Unit 4 关于职业和理想的学习,同学们对人物已经能初步用语言来描述了,这为本

3、单元的教学提供了有利的基础. 本节课围绕着一个话题“谈论现在正在进行或发生的动作”来展开教学活动,主要的教学内容是现在进行时。本节课紧扣教材,而又脱离课本,重新对教材进行编排。先通过描绘图片中人们的活动来学习词汇: doing homework,watching TV,cleaning, reading,eating dinner,talking on the phone并通过问答“人们正在做什么”来学习句型:What are you doing? Im watching TV . 并用同桌合作的方式进一步加强句型的操练。然后通过听力训练和写作训练来加强练习和巩固。在教学时,我要通过创设情景,

4、运用多种教学手段,开展灵活多样的教学活动,将新旧知识有机结合,对本单元知识加以强化,从而让学生更好地掌握现在进行时。教学目标1.Knowledge Objects:(1) New words and phrases:do ones homework watch TV clean house eat dinner talk on the phone TV show read(2) Present progressive tense :助动词be +Ving (3) the important sentences:-What are you doing ? -Im doing my homewor

6、ster the usage of Present progressive tense:Subject +be+doing +教学方法Listening ,writing,talking in pairs , reading, practicing ,playing games教学手段多媒体辅助:将本课所需要的动画、录音、图片、文字、图表和音乐制成CAI软件,使抽象的语言变得直观,为学生运用英语进行交际创设情景,实现师生互动,生生互动和人机互动的多向交流。教学课时安排一课时教学过程Step1.Greeting Step2 Listen to an English song whats she

7、doing(听一首活泼愉快的动画歌曲,既能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能顺利地把学生注意力带到课堂上)Step 3 Revision and Leading in Ask a student : What do you do ? What do you want to be ? What are you doing ?(先通过复习上个单元的内容,再而通过问What are you doing ?顺利过渡到本节课的内容)Step 4 Presentation1.Leadoutthenewphrases and target languages.(Showsomepictureson the scree

8、n and ask some students to anwer the qu-eations )eg.T: What are you doing ?Help the Ss answer : I am having an Englsih class.And read the sentences.Then show a picture of Xiaoshengyang and ask :T: Who is he ? Ss: He is XiaoShenyang .T: What does he do ?S: He is an actor.T: Listen !What is he doing ?

9、( 播放一下小沈阳唱的一小段歌曲)S:He is singing .( 通过多媒体课件显示六副图片:有姚明打球的,刘翔跑步的,男孩做作业的,女孩看电视的,两个人打电话和吃饭的图片,通过对话交流导出目标语言,让学生在情景中学习短语和感受现在进行时的结构和用法并掌握各种人称的句型。T:What is he /she doing ?Ss: He /she is doing homework. 。T:What are they /you doing ?S:They /We are eating dinner/talking on the phone.Step 5 Summary the Present

10、 ProgressiveHave the Ss summary the structures of the Present Progressive.( 让学生通过黑板上的板书及刚操练过的句型,总结现在进行时所用的情景及结构,和现在分词的构成,然后教师在进行归纳和补充,培养学生的观察能力和归纳能力。)Step 6 PracticeAskandanswer in pairs:Whatishe/shedoing?He/Shes.What are they /you doing ?e.g A: What is he doing ? B : He is playing computer.(根据老师在电脑

11、上展示的七副图片,要求两个学生为一小组,进行问答练习。这样的活动既可以培养学生的合作意识,又能在情景中用现在进行时交际,巩固了本节课的重点,从而突破了难点,促使学生在学习过程中学会细心观察。)Step7 Practice 1a .MatchthewordswiththepeopleinthepicturesinSectionA(1a)Step8Listening1b 接下来的任务型听力要求学生对动作作出反应,教师可承接刚开始的话题,引导学生根据所学语言完成以下任务: 1.Whatarethepeopledoing? 2.Writenumbersfrom1abelow. 3.Checkthean

13、ion of playing basketball)T: Im talking now.Im running.When I make the actions,I ask some students to guess the meaning of the sentences.(通过老师边做动作边说句子,引出本课的内容,且让学生明了现在进行时的句子构成及表达的意思,还能引起学生对本课的兴趣。)Step 2.Match the words and the activities.I show the pictures in 1a.Then, I ask questions:-Whats he doin

14、g?(Picture 1)-Hes making a telephone call.Ask the students to turn to page 25.Ask and answer just like that, and finish 1a.(Ss can guess the meaning of doing homework, watching TV, cleaning, eating dinner and reading.)The Ss read these V-ing words after the teacher.Tell the differenceWrite down the

15、V-ing forms by another lines of go, watch, do, play and eat. Ask the Ss to have a look and find the difference between them. For example: go and going, watch and watching, do and doing, etc. Then ask the Ss to read them again and do the following exercises (showing by flash card).Show the picture in 1a to the students.T: This is a happy apartment.
