2、务PROCEDURES程序：Job Summary / 岗位概述To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition接受工程部安排的维修任务，以高效率、低成本的工作方式对酒
3、店的中央空调系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。Duties & Responsibilities/ 职责义务1. To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.按照既定的政策和法规、工作程序与标准、消防规范执行上级安排的工作。2.To execute preventive maintenance and repair in acc
4、ordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturers recommendations按照工程师的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养。3. To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure在紧急情况下执行应急程序4. To familiar with the HVAC system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict c
5、ompliance with requirement熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行5. To attend on the job training积极参加岗位培训6. To practice GSS during course of duty在工作中按照对客服务满意标准的要求服务客人1. To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.满足客人的需要，及时有效地解决客人的投诉，避免为客人造成不便和不
6、适2. To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement在能源节约和设备改良方面进行探索和实践，积极向工程师提出合理化建议3. To perform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer, Asst. Chief Engineer.执行由总工程师，副总工程师下达的其它任务。4. To assist the other trades where is requested.如有需要积极协助工程部其他小组的工作5.
7、 To inspect all HVAC systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To feedback and makerecommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods

11、dures遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒政策及执行程序。Job Knowledge / Skill 专业知识技能1. Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance.熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序2. Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作3 Knowledge of chiller operati
12、on and maintenance熟练操作冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养Education/ 教育 :Technical vocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration.在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训。Experience/ 经验 :Min.3 years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel.至少 3 年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。Basis Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识Skill of electrical & gas welding will be advantage.有水电焊技能者优先Skill of pipe work installation有管道安装技术
