Objectives目的Theobjectiveofthisfollow-upactivityistofollowtheIATF16949de-certificationprocessasperrules5thedition,seesection8.本次追踪
3、活动的目的是为了切合IATF16949审查规则第5版第8条中规定的认证退出流程。Clientresponsibility客户职责SGSshallrequiretheclienttosubmit,withinamaximumofsixty(60)calendardaysfromtheclosingmeetingofthesiteaudit,evidenceofthefollowing;SGS应要求客户现场审查末次会议后最迟60个日历天内提交以下凭证a)Implementedcorrection,已实行的纠正b) Rootcause,includingmethodologyused,analysi
4、s,andresults根来源因剖析,包含使用的方法,剖析和结果c) Implementedsystemiccorrectiveactionstoeliminateeachnonconformity,includingconsiderationoftheimpacttoothersimilarprocessesandproducts已实行的为除去每个不切合项所采纳的系统性的纠正举措,包含考虑了对其余近似过程和产品的影响d) VerificationofeffectivenessofimplementedcorrectiveactionsJobn:CN/NGB-6256TSReportdate:
