1、猎头服务程序The Procedure of Executive Search Service一、 岗位、职务与人员要求分析 与客户公司人力资源部经理及用人部门高级经理开会商讨，详细了解招聘职位、职责说明、聘用规格、年薪标准及其他配套待遇等信息。我们将根据这些条件和公司背景与文化进行目标分析，以明确客户公司用人的真正需求。 This brochure is required to get a basic knowledge of the background of our potential clients。二、 提交访寻建议书 根据上面分析结果,我们会在12天内给客户提交一份寻访建议书。其中
2、包括：所需人才的素质、能力等各项指标；可能薪资状况；大致的人才访寻区域、访寻途径、服务费用、付费办法及跟踪服务等项目。 We will then have a meeting with the related managers to confirm the job description， educational requirements， salary range， etc。三、 签定协议书 通过协商，在达成一致的情况下，双方将签定一份协议书,协议书中将明确双方的责任与义务，自签定之日起,协议书生效,双方按协议条款实施。 Contractual agreement with the clie

4、们将对较合适的人员进行有效深入的面试与甄选，以确保候选人对职位、职务是胜任的，并具有相当的稳定性。 Our consultants will interview， screen and evaluate the candidates before the qualified candidates are recommended to our clients.六、 推荐候选人经过严格的测评考核之后,我们将选出3-5位候选人，将他们的个人资料以秘密报告的形式递交给客户. We will appreciate to get comments on the other candidates from client of not passing the interview。七、 安排面试 根据客户的要求，由我公司安排候选人接受客户的面试和其他形式的考核。 We will cooperate with clients for each step of the recruiting.八、 积极协助客户完成后续工作 Acceptance of offer by the recruited candidates。
