Section A (1a2c)三、教材分析1）本课在教材中的地位及作用 本单元在本册教材中处于教学的中期地位，起到承上启下的作用，重点培养学生的英语口语能力，并结合生活实际常用的话题展开基本语言内容的教学。本单元通过学习动词mind后接动词的ing形式，引出如何向别人委婉地提出要求以及如何有礼貌地进行回答的日常交际用语。这与八年级上册Unit 11Could you please clean the room?语言功能基本一致。由于整个单元都是围绕一个话题操练，所以学好本节
3、课，可以为以后的课时的学习扫清语言的障碍。2）教学目标： 1.Master the key words and phrases. 2.Learn to make requests and how to respond or apologize 3.Learn to make use of requesting sentences ？3）教学重难点：1.Words and expressions in this unit . 2.
