16、穿跨越有：xx处定向钻,铁路高速十几处，施工及技术要求：工程采用同沟布放硅芯管吹光缆的方法,采用16芯光缆选用ITU-T G。652型标准单模光纤，光缆选用型号为 GYTA16B1，硅芯管为40/33高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）硅芯管，其标准盘长为2KM。,硅芯管的位置在输气管道前进方向的右上侧，顶部与输气管道的管顶持平,距离输气管道侧壁0。300m，与管沟侧边净距不小于100mm，埋深符合设计要求。四、进度方针与目标4.1质量方针:本工程规模大，工期紧，为保证总目标的实现，要以质量、安全为第一，以进度为核心。首先，以总进度网络为依据，按进展阶段的不同，分解为多个层次，再按各层次分解为不同的进度分目标。4.2进度目标:在质量全面符合设计、制造和施工方面的国家、行业内的有关标准、
