1、外研版必修三MODULE THREE The violence of nature教学设计教材版本:外研版高一英语教学课型:阅读课教材处理:本模块主题是:“大自然的威力”。文章介绍了龙卷风,飓风这两种自然灾害。四川学生对汶川地震都有着深刻的印象,他们对大自然的威力也有所了解。通过学习,让学生树立战胜自然的决心,学会面对自然灾害,保护自己。教学目标:1 能找出文章中龙卷风和飓风的定义。2 能够运用新词汇来描述一场自然灾害。3 树立战胜自然的决心,在灾难发生时要学会自我保护。教学重点与难点:1 熟练阅读文章,提高阅读能力。2 能够运用新词汇来描述一场自然灾害。教学思路:本节为阅读课。老师首先借助作

2、业中涉及到的自然灾害的图片来导入新课,激发学生的学习兴趣。通过对课文进行快读和细读,并在阅读过程中做相应的练习题,这样学生对文章整体和细节都有了一定的掌握。最后让学生分组表演,就沙尘暴做采访。作业是以作文的形式将课堂上的表演内容写下来。将所学词汇用于文章中,达到知识的输出,提高书面表达的能力。教学过程:Step1 Leading-in Today we will study the violence of naturereading and vocabulary.
