12、挖掘机EX2003台3装载机ZL503台4压路机徐工YZ18振动3台5压路机3YJ21/251台6胶轮压路机XP3011台7拌合机3台8发电机25KW3台9洒水车解放1422辆2.测量设备序号设备名称型号数量1水准仪天津赛欧SD2032全站仪南方测绘SNT3501三、施工准备1、开工前做好清理场地，复测定位，确定纵横向轴线控制桩和水准点控制桩，并固定，做好桩位防护工作.2、开挖基坑时，根据地形，做好施工的防洪排水设施。3、水泥、砂、石料等材料进场前做好复试工作，合格后报请监理验收合格后方可进场投入使用。把好材料检验关，杜绝使用不合格的材料。四、施工工序(一）、施工准备1、施工前首先对护坡、墙基
13、和锥坡进行详细测量放样，并确定纵横向轴线控制桩和水准控制桩。2、对施工场地进行清理、平整碾压，对设计要求回填夯实的地基进行回填碾压或重锤夯实，经工程师检验合格后再进行砌筑工程施工.3、开挖基坑时分段进行，控制好基础位置和垫层基底设计标高，对基底按分段长度整平压实.4、进场材料必须经检验合格才能使用。(二）、施工方法1、施工前先将护坡及锥坡脚挖槽使其满足设计要求，使基础稳固坚实地嵌入槽内.2、砌筑工程如遇渗水则要及时排出，以保证基础和砌体砂浆在初凝前不遭水害.砌块在砌筑时要浇水湿润，表面干净.砌体间砂浆饱满,粘结牢固。铺砂砾垫层前，将地面整平夯实，密实度大于90。3、砌体分层座浆砌筑，砌筑上层时
14、，确保不振动下层，不在已砌好的砌体上抛掷、滚动、翻转和敲击石块；砌体分段砌筑时相邻工作段交差不超过1.2m，分段位置设在沉降缝处，砌体砌筑完成后进行勾缝专角石采预制块施工以确保砌体沉降缝整齐垂直,上下贯通。4、各种骨架植草护坡的施工，首先整修边坡，使砌筑地带的标高和坡度与设计一致。然后放样浅挖网格的基坑，并进行夯实后再砌筑.六、安全管理目标和安全防范要点1、本项目安全目标确定为“三无一杜绝一创建”，“三无”即:无工伤死亡事故、无交通死亡事故、无火灾、洪灾事故;“一杜绝”即：杜绝重大机破及伤人事故；“一创建”即：创建安全文明工地。2、根据本区间工程特点,安全防范重点有以下几个方面：防起重及机械伤
15、害事故；防触电电击事故；防行车交通事故;3、明确规定各职能部门、各级人员在安全管理工作中所承担的职责、任务和权限，使安全工作形成一个“人人讲安全、事事为安全、时时想安全、处处要安全的氛围4、机械要集中停放，设专人看管,机械工作时要设专人负责指挥,燃油远离易燃品，消防用具按要求设置，并做好防火工作.所有施工管理人员及特种作业人员（包括机械工、电工、电焊工等）必须持证上岗，严禁无证人员违章作业。施工场地出入口设专职安全保卫.七、文明施工措施加强施工现场管理,提高文明施工水平，创建文明工地，合理布置施工现场。1、施工现场的施工设备、料具堆放,场地道路、生活设施进行统一规划、合理布局；尤其片石堆放必须整齐，防止掉落伤人。2、工地现场、施工道路要保持地面湿润，防止灰尘对周围环境的污染,现场洒水车专门负责施工场地周边洒水降尘。3、尽量使用低噪音的机械，无法避免使用高噪音机械时，应集中在白天，禁止中午和夜间使用高噪音动力机械以满足居民防噪音要求。 4、运输车辆采取有效的封闭措施，防止材料沿途泄露，造成对环境污染。八、质量管理体系：项目经理：王清湖项目总工：王文全工程部：李兵材料部：吴广启质量部：俞涛测量：夏元将实验：张春花施工班组施工班组施工班组九、雨季施工措施1、进入雨季，要随时掌握天气变化
