1、YN烟草公司市场部门绩效管理体系优化研究摘要在竞争日益激烈的烟草销售市场环境下,YN烟草公司作为一家逐渐失去传统垄断优势的国有烟草单位。在激烈的市场竞争环境下要想实现更好的发展,必须推动企业综合管理水平的提升。在推动YN烟草公司整体管理水平提升的过程中,实现公司市场部门的管理能力提升是其中的主要性内容,而绩效管理正是实现这一管理能力提升的关键。在此背景下本文综合采用文献分析、案例分析、定性定量分析等方法,对YN烟草公司市场部门当前的绩效管理现状、存在的问题、原因以及解决策略进行了探讨。研究可知:首先,YN烟草公司市场部绩效管理存在的问题主要包括以下方面:绩效管理观念落后,绩效辅导沟通不足,绩效

2、考核评价的方法缺乏科学性,绩效结果应用不充分,绩效激励功能未能够充分发挥。导致YN烟草公司市场部绩效管理问题的原因包括:YN烟草公司市场部对于绩效管理的认识还处于绩效考核阶段,尚未形成完善的运行体系;YN烟草公司市场部的绩效考核体系处于初步发展阶段,管理层与基层员工的重视度不足导致了绩效考核流于形式;YN烟草公司市场部的绩效考核科对于员工的绩效考核往往只注重考核的结果,对于考核过程中需要沟通的问题简化处理或者是直接回避;YN烟草公司市场部的企业文化的不成熟,对改善企业绩效管理解决方案产生了一定的负面影响;奖惩机制的不健全也是当前YN烟草公司市场部员工,绩效考核问题产生的主要原因之一。其次,YN

Under this background, this paper uses the literature analysis, case analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of YN tobacco companies marketing department the current performance management status quo, existing problems, causes
