1、ARTICLES OF INCORPORATIONOFNEW LIFE MINISTRIES WORLD EVANGELISM INC.A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION * * * * * * * I, Bobby Joe Grubbs, the undersigned natural person, having the capacity to contract and acting as incorporator of a corporation under the Kentucky Business Corporation Act, hereby adopt the fo

2、llowing Articles of Incorporation for such Corporation: ARTICLE IThe name of the Corporation is:New Life Ministries World Evangelism Inc.ARTICLE IIThe period of it duration is perpetual.ARTICLE III The purpose or purposes for which the incorporation is organized shall be for the conducting of Minist

3、ry Service and Business for New Life Ministries World Evangelism Inc., under the provisions of KRS #273, and any amendments which may hereafter be made thereto. It shall have the right to purchase, to own, to use, to sell, convey, mortgage, lease, or otherwise obtain or dispose of any real estate, o

4、r chattels as may be necessary for the furtherance of its programs, all in accordance with its by-laws and Articles of Incorporation.ARTICLE IV This corporation is not formed for profit or gain and shall issue no capital stock.ARTICLE V The corporation hereby proposed to organize shall be known as,

5、New Life Ministries World Evangelism Inc. by which name it may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, adopt a corporate seal, and do all things necessary to the conduct of its business in the furtherance of it expressed purpose. The name of the initial registered agent and the address of

9、of the majority of it members, make, alter, amend, or rescind any of the by-laws of this corporation.ARTICLE IX Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as ex

10、empt organizations under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law). No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, trustees, officers, or other

11、private person, except that the corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distribution in furtherance of the purposed set forth in these articles. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the c

12、arrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision

13、of these articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (A) by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 ( or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) or (B) by a corporation contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).ARTICLE X Upon the dissolution of the corporation, the Executive Board shall, after paying or
