1、成分和组织对衬板钢在腐蚀料浆环境下的冲击磨损性能与机理的影响Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the impact of composition and organization on the impact wear performance and mechanism of contrast board steel in a corrosive slurry environment. The results show that the microstructure and surface chemical composition of the st

The study reveals the wear mechanisms involved in the corrosive slurry impact wear and provides a theoretical basis for the development of wear-resistant materials.Introduction:Contrast board steel is wide

3、ly used in the mining, cement, and power industries, and it is subjected to harsher conditions, such as abrasion and corrosion, resulting in decreased service life. It has been widely acknowledged that corrosion greatly affects the wear resistance of materials in industrial environments. In this res

4、earch, we conducted a comparative study on the impact wear resistance of contrast board steels in corrosive slurry environments, comparing the roles of composition and organization in the wear resistance mechanism. Experimental procedure:The test specimens were prepared by casting the contrast board

5、 steel in a standardized mold, and then polishing the surface roughness to a grade of 800 mesh. The chemical composition of the steel was identified using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The organizational structure was evaluated using a metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope (S

6、EM). A vertical impact wear tester was used to simulate the impact wear process in the corrosive slurry environment, and wear tests were conducted under various conditions. The weight loss, surface roughness, and microstructure changes of the samples were measured and evaluated after the test.Result

7、s and discussion:The test results show that the impact wear resistance of contrast board steel is significantly affected by composition and organization in corrosive slurry environments. With the increase in C and Mn content, the wear resistance of contrast board steel is improved. The organizationa

8、l structure plays a significant role in the wear resistance in this environment. An increased average grain size and lack of a homogeneous distribution of carbides lead to higher impact wear. SEM images show that the wear mechanisms in the corrosive slurry environment are mainly adhesive wear, abras

9、ive wear, and corrosion wear of the protective film. We observe that the corrosion promotes the adhesion of asperities, leading to the formation of a slurry abrasive lubricating film that can reduce wear. Conclusions:In this study, we investigated the impact of composition and organization on the im

The results indicate that both composition and organizational structure play a critical role in wear resistance in this environment. The study provides a theoretical basis for the development of wear-resist

Future studies may consider the formation and self-repair of lubricating films, as these have been observed to alter the wear mechanism and improve the wear resistance of contrast board steels in corros

For example, the addition of alloying elements su

Furthermore, refining the organizational structure by controlling the cooling rate during the casting process can produce a fine-grained microstructure and promote the homogenous distribution of carbides, improving t

To improve the wear resistance of materials in these environments, appropriate maintenance policies and lubrication strategies should

Moreover, the use of corrosion inhibitors and lubricants can reduce the adhesive and abrasive wear of the slurry abrasive particles. In conc

With further development and optimization, this could lead to the design and synthesis of new and more efficient wear-resistant materials that meet the demanding requirements of industrial applications. In addition, the findings of this study also have important implications for the industria
